Privacy Policy

Welcome to Kalogia (the “Company”). Kalogia is part of CannaConnect, Inc, a Delaware based Corporation.. This “Privacy Policy” governs Your (“User(s)’”) use of www.kalogia.com and any other Kalogia owned and operated website or mobile application; including but not limited to any interactive features or other online services that may post a link to www.kalogia.com (hereinafter referred to the “Site”). In addition to reviewing this Privacy Policy, please review our Terms and Conditions of Service User Agreement which governs the use of the Site. If User(s) do not agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Site, User(s) automatically opt out of the Company’s platform and are prohibited from using the Company. If User(s) agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Service User Agreement and subsequently violate the terms of the Agreement, Users’ use of the Site will be terminated. By using our Site, User(s) consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Service User Agreement and our collection, use and sharing of Users’ information and data, and other activities, as described below. Additionally, The Site has the authority to alter the Privacy Policy at any time without notice to User(s).

Beta Testing

The Company is currently testing its Site for consumer suitability, systems integrity, and to identify areas of opportunity for improvement. The user agrees and understands that, by virtue of sharing user information in this stage, the Company cannot and does not guarantee the security of its systems as relates to user information, whether the information is considered Private or Non-Private by the terms of this agreement. All users participating in the beta test share information at the explicit and exclusive risk of the user, and the user hereby assumes any risk for misappropriated or negligently appropriated user information shared with or by the Company, during and after the conclusion of the beta test.

Information Collected

Registering with the Site, requires certain information such as: (1) personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies Users personally, including but not limited to Users’ first and last name, email address, home address, date of birth and phone number (“Personal Information”); and (2) demographic information, such as information about Users’ location, age, gender, and spending habits (“Demographic Information”).  The Company may collect this information through various forms and in various places on the Site, including if User(s) register for an account, through “contact us” forms, or when User(s) otherwise interact with the Site in any way. If the Company combines Demographic Information with the Personal Information the Company collects directly from User(s) on the Site, the Company may, but is not required to, treat the combined data as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. All Personal Information collected by the Company is proprietary information, and is the property of the Company.

Location-Based Information

Our Site may use location-based services in order to locate User(s) so that the Company may verify Users’ location and deliver User(s) relevant content based on Users’ location as part of the location-based services the Company offers.

Information Third Parties Provide About User(s)

The Company may receive information about User(s) from our affiliates, from any other users of the Site, or from any other third parties that may provide us information the Company deems relevant to Users’ use of the Site. The Company may at its sole discretion collect and use this information as Personal Information.

Interactions with Third Party Sites

The Site may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Site and Users’ account on a third-party web site or application. The use of this functionality may involve the third-party operator providing certain information, including Personal Information, to the Company. The Company may at its sole discretion collect and use this information as Personal Information.

Maintaining your trust is our top priority, so we adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy:

We protect your personal information and will only provide it to third parties: (1) with your consent; (2) where it is necessary to carry out your instructions; (3) as reasonably necessary in order to provide our features and functionality to you; (4) when we reasonably believe it is required by law, subpoena or other legal process; or (5) as necessary to enforce our User Agreement or protect the rights, property, or safety of 420BusinessClub, our Members and Visitors, and the public.

We have implemented appropriate security safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with industry standards.

Information User Discloses

The Site will contain a community forum and message board where users are able to create user profiles, writings, photographs, ideas, videos, audio recordings, computer graphics, pictures, data, or other content, including Personal Information (collectively, “User Content”). All User Content once posted immediately becomes the property of the Company. The Site may display, reproduce, publish, distribute or otherwise use User Content online or offline in any media or format (currently existing or hereafter developed) and may or may not attribute it to User(s). Others may have access to this User Content and may have the ability to share it.

Please think cautiously prior to posting any Personal Information in a public forum. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that User(s) disclose publicly through our Site. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, use or misuse of any User Content that User(s) disclose or receive from third parties through the Site.

User Information and Communications

The user is responsible for maintaining the truthfulness and accuracy of the information User(s) submit to us, such as the user’s contact information provided as part of registration. The Site will disable a user’s account if the information provided is determined to be false or no longer current.
